Hdat joined Meskot Education to help ensure its long-term sustainability. She’s excited to focus on making Meskot Education incredible content available to anyone, anywhere, for years to come.

Her passion is to help young girls get a better education, especially mathematics, it is one of the driving factors for her when she co-founded Meskot.

” I was attending school at Adi-daero, a place not far from the UNHCR camp. That is why from early days I have been involved in tutoring Science and Math to young girls.” Hdat Abreha

She likes to thrive in an environment in a challenging and high-pressure role to support the efforts of Meskot to bring about lasting solutions to Education. Her background in social support, mainly in tutoring young girls, and operational co-ordinations is needed to achieve this paramount task.

My interpersonal abilities to provide personal support and my dedication to helping this society access relevant support programs provided by UNHCR, I feel will be beneficial to the success of the task.

She possesses project management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead goal-focused teams. Her most important asset is to put herself in the shoes of the people who depend on her, enabling her to understand the challenges of her community.
