Tadesse will serve as a consultant for the Meskot Education project and will spend provide oversight of project activities, and is responsible for the supervision of all course materials, and will guide Meskot to identify or develop products in ways to help primary school students meet their highest expectations.

Given his 30 years plus tenure as an educator and consultant of learning and as a principal of a reputable public school he will help Meskot find ways to customize the process of integrating digital education with traditional pedagogical practices.

Dr. Tadesse will coordinate the efforts of the Educational Program Assistant (EPA) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) team, be the liaison between Meskot and the SME subcontractors, and will be responsible for completing and submitting all reports and deliverables to the Meskot Education’s board of directors.

As a consultant, Tadesse will manage the following responsibilities

• Analyzing the synergy of Meskot’s content curricula, resources, student results, and SME performances, and ensuring that they align with set goals laid down by the Ministry of Education.
• Gathering information from educators, support staff, students, and parents.
• Closely examining academic systems and reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
• Devise strategies to improve educational quality and help implement new policies
• Design new training programs and offer teacher training workshops
• Recommend different educational materials
• Implement and guide usage of new technologies
• Assist in correlating systems to improve student drop-out rates
• Advise academic intervention programs
• Supervise online education
